FoodPro 2026 brought together more than 450 exhibitors and over 10,000 industry professionals at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre for the Southern Hemisphere's largest food manufacturing exhibition.

Working alongside the event organisers, our team delivered an integrated exhibition and production solution, combining exhibition infrastructure, custom builds, signage, furniture, power distribution, rigging and audiovisual solutions.
The brief was to deliver a large-scale exhibition environment that combined functional shell scheme infrastructure with premium custom exhibition builds, integrated production services and welcoming networking spaces, creating an engaging experience for exhibitors, industry professionals and visitors alike, all within a tight build schedule.

Our solution was to transform 26,000m² of exhibition space into a fully operational exhibition environment over four days. Our scope included 3,865m² of shell scheme, nearly 17,000 carpet tiles and more than 70 custom and upgraded exhibition stands across the exhibition floor. The project also included 13 feature areas and networking spaces, featuring custom signage, extensive temporary power distribution, rigging for suspended banner features, audiovisual solutions including LED displays and televisions, and furniture and hospitality solutions for
exhibitors and visitors alike.
At the peak of the build, more than 200 Harry the Hirer team members worked simultaneously across the venue, coordinating exhibition infrastructure, production services and logistics to ensure every space was ready for opening day.
The outcome was a successfully delivered exhibition environment, completed on schedule and ready to welcome more than 450 exhibitors and over 10,000 delegates.
