The brief

To design a lighting, audio and vision system to support, celebrate and wow the Hair Fashion Industry in a Gala Dinner with awards ceremony.

The project

Harry the hirer Productions have supported the AHFA for many years and really took the event to a new level in 2019. The AV systems made sure the video content really popped on a massive screen cutting from pre-roll content to live video and stings. Teamed up with a lighting design that added saturated colour, beams and movement that didn’t stop all night. The audio system pumped with bass and clarity for the awards and a set from Sneaky Sound System.

The conclusion

Harry’s was delighted to engage with an excited client and a vibrant guest list that all walked away from the event smiling.
