AIME 2017 – Celebrating 25 Years!

AIME, the leading Asia-Pacific Incentives and Meetings Expo, celebrated its 25th Anniversary this year. It is a two-day exhibition which proves to be a vital resource for those involved in organising business travel, meetings, incentives and events. It allows industry decision makers from around the globe to meet in a central location – to share ideas, network, and show what their company can do best!

To kick off the exhibition, Harry’s was able to help organise the ‘The Charm of the Yarra Breakfast’. Hosted by Melbourne Convention Bureau, the breakfast brought together brilliant collaboration between Harry’s, Solution Entertainment, Bouquet Melbourne, The Cargo Hall and Evolve Digital Media. Unpredictable Melbourne weather could not stop the event – it still went off without a hitch!

To continue the the celebrations, the Welcome Event was held one beautiful evening at Carousel in Albert Park. The night was aimed at showcasing the breadth and depth of Victoria’s thriving creative industries, as well as to celebrate the 25 wonderful years this expo has run. Guests were greeted by outdoor cocktails, where Harry’s was able to set up some great lounge and bar settings.
A magnificent balloon installation by Belle Balloons cascaded from the roof and ceiling of the Carousel entrance, Solution Entertainment once again organised some world-class entertainment with talented musicians and dancers, and iconic Australian artist David Bromley was live painting throughout the night! The space was designed and styled by the talented Where the Grass is Green. A spectacular evening filled with drinks and dancing – what a way to celebrate this incredible event! We were so proud to be a part of it once again.
